Reading Games.

 During your short time at Elm Park School, you learnt the letters of the English alphabet, and the sounds of the letters. This helped you to read and write.  Seya, you showed a lot of resilience as you tried and tried, and did not give up.  Well done Seya.

Planting in our garden box.

Today we planted pansies and lobella in the garden box outside our classroom.  I helped to dig the hole with Mrs Wyatt's old spoon, and then I pressed one of the plants into the hole.  We all had a turn of watering them when we were finished.

I am learning to log-in to Matific.

We now have our passwords and usernames so we can log-in to Matific, our online Maths programme.  Seya has been practising this during Maths time, and she has been working on the tasks that have been set for her.

Swimming at School

Seya, you have learnt how to enter and exit the pool safely, and you have also shown a lot of confidence during your time in the water.  You already have water skills such as, floating on your tummy, diving under to pick up the rings, using the noodle to float on your back and kick.  I love to see the excitement on your face when I announce to the class that it is time to get dressed for swimming.  Tino Pai - keep up with your water skills, and soon you will be swimming like a professional !
